For one of our international clients in the fashion retail business with new stores in Bulgaria, we are assigned to find a new team member in the role of:

ONLINE SHOP ASSISTANT (CALL CENTER OPERATOR)

Job requirements:
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Good communication skills and desire to learn and develop;
• Excellent support and customer care services to the end users;
• Able to react to customers’ requests promptly and in a professional manner;
• Good command of English language
• Computer literacy
• Previous experience in servicing clients is an advantage

Your main responsibilities
- on time providing information about the status of the order, the procedures
- help customers register orders or do it instead
- confirm orders, if necessary
- be the liaison between the courier, the company and the customer
- invoices checks
- handles complaints with customers
